Terms of Service - Draft FPL Live

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Draft FPL Live ("the Service"), available at www.draftfpl.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Draft FPL Live is a companion tool for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) draft leagues. We provide live fixture tracking, league standings, waiver suggestions, and other analytical features using data from the publicly available FPL API.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club.

3. Accounts

You may use parts of the Service without an account. To access certain features, you can sign in using Google. By creating an account you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old
The information you provide is accurate
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You will not share your account or use another person's account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and premium ("Pro") features. Free features are available to all users. Pro features require a paid subscription.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected].

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Draft FPL Live is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

FPL data is sourced from the Fantasy Premier League API and remains the property of the Premier League.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8a. Discord Integration

Draft FPL Live offers an optional Discord bot integration. By installing the bot in a Discord server or linking your personal Discord account to receive DMs, you additionally agree that:

Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Only users with the Discord "Manage Server" permission may configure which Draft FPL league a server is connected to.
We post league-wide messages (waiver reminders, kickoff reminders, gameweek recaps) to the Discord channel where the bot was linked. You can disable these per-league or remove the bot at any time.
Personal DMs (injury alerts, pre-deadline lineup checks, personal waiver reminders) are sent only to users who have a Plus subscription and have linked their Discord account. Unlinking or cancelling Plus stops all personal DMs.
We may suspend the bot from individual Discord servers if it is used to abuse, spam, or harass other users.

9. Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data.
FPL data is provided by third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on this data.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10, whichever is greater.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes (e.g. pricing), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-app notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
